1. How do I place an order?

To order, simply email shopkikiloves@gmail.com with the item code(s) you are interested in. 

2. How do I make payment?

(i) Singapore customers 
We accept payment in SGD via 
- Internet banking transfer 
- ATM transfer

All payments have to be made within 24 hours from the time the invoice is issued.

(ii) Malaysia customers

We accept payment in MYR via 

- Internet banking transfer 

- ATM transfer

All payments have to be made within 24 hours from the time the invoice is issued.

(iii) Customers residing outside Singapore and Malaysia

We accept payment in SGD via Paypal.

3. How do I submit my payment details?

4. What are the delivery options available for Singapore?

All parcels are dispatched via SingPost.

For local delivery within Singapore, we offer free normal mail. Registered mail is available at an additional top up of S$2.50.

(i) Free local normal mail

Delivery will take around around 3 – 7 working days (excluding public holidays). Please take note that there is no tracking number for local normal mail and we would not be able to track your parcels.

(ii) Local registered mail

Delivery will take around  3 – 4 working days (excluding public holidays). We would send you the tracking number within 3 working days once your parcel has been dispatched.

5. What are the shipping options available for Malaysia?

For customers based in Malaysia, we offer postage by Pos Laju or meet-up at JB KSL Shopping Mall.


6. Do you provide international shipping?

Yes, Kiki Loves ships worldwide! 

The shipping costs and estimated delivery time frame will vary from country to country. Please contact us and we will be most happy to assist you with your order.
